The Operational Services Division (OSD) recently launched web-based Contract User Guides and enhanced Statewide Contract search tools making it faster and easier for buyers to find contract information, awarded vendors, and purchasing guidance.
The new web-based Contract User Guide solution – a year in the making – represents the most significant enhancement to the guides since they were introduced. The user-friendly format offers numerous benefits for Commonwealth buyers:
- Easy-to-navigate interface with expandable tiles
- Buyer-specific guidance for Executive Departments and All Other Buyers
- Accessible design that supports equal access
- Consistent, clear, and concise language across all Contract User Guides
- Faster updates by Category Managers to keep information current
OSD also modernized the Statewide Contract Index and the Tradespersons Index so buyers may quickly find available products and services.
